Ninja Monkeys Outlawed
Top 20 Fictional Villians
Summary
This list has a wide variety of different types of villians. Some are better at being bad guys than others, but they are all entertaining.
#20
Team Rocket
Pokemon
Okay, so this is more than one person. Still you can't have Jessie without James and vice versa. These guys are a pair of michevious villians.
#19
The Devil
Bedazzled
This mischevious villian will make any one grin with her pranks. Her "I don't care" attitude quickly changes to scary demon towards the end of the movie, making her a very unique villian.
#18
Hades
Hercules
The ruler of the underworld in this Disney film has a dry sense of humor and an extremely hot temper.
#17
Ursula
The Little Mermaid
This is one scary woman. We put her on the top ten mostly due to her vicious laugh. Especially when she's on the cruise ship about to marry the prince when she's singing to her reflection. We are loving the villian laugh.
#16
Dr. Octopus
Spiderman 2
Dr. Octopus is a misguided mad scientist who lost control to his own invention. As he walks through the city he tosses cars and busses into the air as though they weighed nothing.
#15
Sesshoumaru
Inuyasha
Shesshoumaru always seems to be cool and calm with a lot of patience. Even when he fights, his motions seem to be collected and swift.
#14
Wicked Witch of the West
The Wizard of Oz
No villian list is complete without mentioning the Wicked Witch of the West. This is a classic villain. She shrewed, crude, rude, and all bad things that rhyme.
#13
Sheriff of Nottingham
Robin Hood
The best movie line ever comes from this villian. When asked why he would cut Robin's heart out with a spoon, he replys, "Because it's dull, you twit! It'll hurt more!"
#12
The Grinch
How the Grinch Stole Christmas
Not to be mistaken with the terrible version of the Grinch played by Jim Carrey, the cartoon Grinch makes this holiday tale a treat.
#11
Mr. Burns
The Simpsons
He is the typical evil rich guy who cares nothing for the people in his town just so long as he makes money. He is both the richest and oldest man in Springfield.
#10
Angelus
Angel
Angel's evil personality is one bad dude. Angelus is cunning, deceitful, and absolutely, 100% evil. The things he does to people would send chills down anyone's spine.
#9
Dr. Evil
Austin Powers
Dr. Evil is every old 60s villian wrapped up into one super hilarious criminal. How can anyone not love this character? Enough said.
#8
Brak
Cartoon Planet
What can we say about Brak? He's great! His songs (typically about food) usually are funny enough to have anyone laughing out loud.
#7
Voldemort
Harry Potter
This guy isn't exactly lovable, but he is one tough and mean bad guy. He's so scary, other wizards and witches won't even say his name.
#6
Joker
The Dark Knight
What can you say about Joker that hasn't already been said. This guy is a villain's villain.
#5
Spike
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Spike is one bad dude. However, his comical wit keeps him a fun character. With Spike in the show its not surprising to find yourself rooting for the bad guy.
#4
Puss in Boots
Shrek 2
Hired to get rid of Shrek, no one can help but to "awwww" when he gives you that big eyed look. He starts out as a villian, but helps Shrek on his journey later on.
#3
Professor Chaos
South Park
The innocence of Butters makes this villian hilarious. Even though Conolia thinks that South Park has not been as good since the departure of Kenny, the new secret identity of Butter, Professor Chaos, is a great addition to the show!
#2
Mojo Jojo
Powerpuff Girls
You've got to give this monkey some credit. He's got passion. His dedication to destroying the Powerpuff Girls, taking over the world, and his repetitive speech habits, makes Mojo an entertaining and humorous villian to watch.
#1
Mugatu
Zoolander
This fashion designer is another hilarious villian. As the inventer of the piano key neck tie, he holds on to his career by brainwashing male models. The weirdness of the character is what make him so great!
